Ingredients: 80g flour, 500ml liquid whipped cream, chocolate (according to personal taste), 40g cocoa powder, 4 eggs, 100g sugar, 100ml hot water, jelly glue, a little salt, milk and decorations.

1. Cake

-oven 180 preheating

-Four eggs. Add 80 grams of sugar to the egg yolk and beat the egg yolk into foam with an egg beater.

-Add 80g of flour,100ml of hot water and 40g of cocoa powder, and mix well.

-Pour the evenly stirred batter into the mold, and pay attention to put a layer of butter in the mold to prevent sticking.

-Beat the egg whites into foam, add a little salt and continue stirring, then add 20 grams of white sugar and stir well.

-Pour the protein foam into the mold and mix well. Be careful not to stir it in a rotating way. Gently turn it up and down, stir it evenly and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes immediately. Don't turn on the oven in the middle.

2. Chocolate Mu Si

-250ml liquid whipped cream is beaten into cream by machine.

-Add a little milk or water to the jelly and heat it on the fire to melt it. I also added some chocolate and mixed it well.

-Turn off the fire, pour the chocolate paste into the whipped cream and stir well.

Decorative cream

Add a little sugar to 250ml liquid emulsifiable concentrate and beat it into cream.

4. Black Forest Cake

-Cool the baked cake and cut it into two layers.

-Spread chocolate Mu Si on the bottom cake.

-Top cake.

-spread whipped decorative cream on the top and around the cake

-Sprinkle chocolate chips.

-Decorative fruits and shredded coconut.

The cake should be refrigerated in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before eating.
