How to use the dryer
Three drying stages of Xiong Xin food dryer;

1. heating stage: put the installed trays into the box evenly without overlapping, so as to avoid unnecessary air leakage due to improper placement of trays. Close the door of the box, start the power switch and start sending hot air into the box. The food dryer adopts PLC intelligent touch screen automatic control system, which can automatically heat in sections, interlock the fan with the heating, automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature ends, run the memory function in sections and automatically dehumidify.

2. Constant-speed drying and dehumidification stage: it should be divided into two stages: high humidity and low temperature, medium humidity and medium temperature. In the high humidity and low temperature section, the temperature is less than 50 degrees, ranging from 35 degrees to 50 degrees. Avoid discoloration of materials due to high temperature and high humidity, observe the change of water vapor on the surface of materials, and release water at any time. This time should be three to four hours. In the middle humidity and middle temperature section, the temperature is less than 60 degrees, and the range is 45~60 degrees. This section of the intake valve can be properly opened and the return valve can be properly closed, which can be reasonably adjusted according to the amount of moisture.

3. Deceleration and setting stage: the temperature in this stage is 60 ~70 degrees, not exceeding 60 degrees in the early stage and 80 degrees in the later stage. We have specialized technicians to guide the specific drying process.
