1. Materials required for making handmade gluten:
1. 350 grams of gluten (cereal flour)

3. Water
4.20 pairs of chopsticks

1. Add salt to noodle flour (grain flour), and add water while stirring with chopsticks.
2. Stir the flour (grain flour) with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, and then grab it with your hands. The water should cover the gluten.
3. After the dough is mixed, ferment it overnight, or ferment it while hot for two hours.
4. Slice the dough.
