Northeastern tiger dish

Ingredients: green onions, hot peppers, coriander, sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, dried small shrimps

Method:

1. Cut 1.2 hot peppers into shreds, 1 green onion into shreds, and appropriate amount of coriander into sections

2. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well to lock in the moisture.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a little salt, 1 handful of dried shrimps, and mix well!
