Ingredients: chicken leg, green pepper, onion, ginger and garlic;
Practice:
1. Cut the chicken leg into small pieces, wash the green pepper and onion and cut into pieces, and cut the onion and ginger into pieces for later use;
2. Blanch the chicken nuggets in cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices to the cold water, pour the chicken nuggets and cook together. After boiling, open the lid and cook for 3 minutes (remove the blood from the bones of the chicken nuggets);
3. Take out the cooked chicken pieces, rinse them with clear water and drain the water;
4. Pour oil into the pan, saute shallots and ginger, add the cooked chicken pieces and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add green peppers and onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes;
5. Add 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon soy sauce and a little salt to taste, stir well and serve.
