Cooking Steps
Step 1Ingredients: Chicken thighs 300g, bell peppers 150g, green peppercorns 20g, garlic 3cloves, ginger 3g, Shanghai green 20g. Seasoning: 10g cooking oil, 2g cooking wine, 1g salt, 3g soy sauce, 1g chicken essence.
Step 2: Cut Shanghai bok choy in half and blanch in a pot of boiling water for 40 seconds.
