Recently weight loss, kelp is a regular dish on my family table, wash a few pieces at a time, a simple stir-fry is very delicious!
Materials
Main ingredient: one piece of kelp;
Accessories: oil, salt, green onion
Steamed shredded kelp

Wash and rinse the kelp quickly

Cut it into julienne strips

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the shredded kelp, sauteing it until it becomes soft

The kelp is hot, add the shredded kelp, and saute until it becomes soft.

Season with salt

Drizzle in water

Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the sauce is reduced

Sprinkle in green onion and you're ready to go

Simple and refreshing little dish on the table.
Tips
Seaweed should be soaked for a few hours and cleaned. It's a good idea to stir-fry it over high heat.
