There is only one cabbage heart at home, and my ingredient is a cabbage heart.
Cut the vegetable heart. It's best to cut diagonally along the texture of the dish, so it's delicious.
Cut the tofu into thick slices.
Wash meatballs. You can cut off the big varieties and put the small ones on the whole.
Cut the onion into sections and cut the ginger into 2 pieces for later use.
When there is no water in the casserole, drop 1 oil into the pot and spread it evenly on the bottom and wall of the pot.
Turn on a small fire, put ginger slices in the onion, and then put the cabbage.
Add a little soy sauce, half a bowl of water and bone soup. I used Hongmei's set meal of bone soup, which was light and salty and didn't need salt. Stir well. The amount of water is shown in the figure, not too much, because cabbage needs to be cooked, and the water is half that of cabbage.
Cover the pot and simmer until the pot boils. Time is when the cabbage collapses but is not ripe. Add tofu and meatballs. Cover and stew.
3. After 5 minutes, open the lid and observe the dishes. When the cabbage is transparent and the tofu is trembling, you can turn off the fire and enjoy it.
