A delicacy made of glutinous rice - glutinous rice siu mai - is one of the very favorite breakfasts.

Main ingredients: dumpling skin, cooked glutinous rice, carrots, vegetarian sausage, mushrooms, corn kernels, green beans
Accessories: salt, sugar, five-spice powder, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce
1. Mushrooms, vegetarian sausage, carrots cut into cubes, the pan into the mushroom dices, vegetarian sausage, carrots, green beans, corn kernels and stir fry. A small spoon of salt, moderate sugar, five-spice powder, a spoon of soy sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce, stir fry.
2. Add cooked glutinous rice and toss to coat. Knead the rice into small balls, put them into the dumpling skins, pinch a few corners all around, and grasp them tightly with the tiger's mouth.
3. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
