Ingredients: 50 kg of melon seeds, 75 kg of water, 2.5 kg of salt, 1.5 kg of cinnamon, 3.0 kg of star anise, 0.4 kg of fennel, 0.4 kg of pepper, 0.0 kg of pepper powder, 0.2 kg of saccharin and 0.02 kg of cream essence.
Treatment method:
