6. Roll it out into a rectangle, about 20cm long and 10cm wide. Turn it over and roll it up gently, put it into the toast box, and close the lid.
7. Finally ferment until the mold is 9 minutes full (I put the toast box in the oven and put a bowl of hot water next to it. If the temperature is very low, you can open the oven and bake it empty for a few dozen seconds) , about 50 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bottom floor, for 45 minutes (please adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven).
9. Unmold immediately after taking out the oven, and slice after completely cool.
