1, notes:
First, it can't remove greasy things. Including utensils, pots, plastic wrap, plastic wrap bags, scissors, hands, and so on.
The second is to use pure water as much as possible. You can buy a few bottles of weakly alkaline mineral water if you can. If a water purifier is installed at home, purified water can also be used.
Third, it is best to have an old-fashioned rice cooker. It's the kind that can be kept warm with the lid open, or it's very troublesome to watch the cooking at any time.
2, bubble hair process:
The first step is to soak. Rinse dry sea cucumber with clear water, put it in a basin (preferably a glass bowl), add water, and put it in the refrigerator. Change the water once a day and soak it for more than three days until the sea cucumber is soft and not long.
Step two, cut. It's complicated to watch others do this step. I made it simple. It is to open the chest and remove the sand and internal organs inside. If you feel induration at the head and tail, cut it off directly. After cleaning, rinse with clean water.
The third step is to cook. Put the cleaned sea cucumber in an electric cooker, add water and cook for about four hours. That is: boil-automatically cut off the power to cool down-boil again, and so on. The feeling should not be braised, let alone stressful.
The fourth step is to soak. Cool the cooked sea cucumber, wash it thoroughly with clear water, then repeat the first step and continue soaking for about three days, changing the water once a day. Soak until it is elastic, and hit the chopping board and jump straight.
Step five, freeze. The sea cucumber can be eaten after the above four steps. If you can't eat it, wrap it in fresh-keeping bags one by one and put it in the freezer. Take one out the night before, put it in the refrigerator and naturally thaw it, and you can eat it the next morning.
Sea cucumber is really a good thing. You should eat it often but not much. Eat less and eat more healthy food.
