Potatoes and salty rice (my favorite)
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into pieces about 1 cm thick (don't put too many potatoes, or they will rob the owner. If three people eat a pot of rice, only one large portion is enough)
Heat oil, add a little shrimp and stir-fry in the oil.
Then pour in the potatoes and stir-fry until half-cooked (don't stir-fry for too long, it will be fine after a while)

Example: pumpkin salty rice
Ingredients: 2 cups of rice, 400g of pumpkin, 80g of chicken leg, shrimp 10g, 2 mushrooms, 2 onions 1 2, 2 tablespoons of oil, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, wine1tablespoon, and a little salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash the rice, soak it for 4 hours, and put it in a bamboo basket to control the moisture.
2. Wash the pumpkin, remove the pulp and seeds, and cut into 2 cm pieces.
3. Shred chicken.
4. Wash mushrooms and shrimps. After soaking, remove the roots of mushrooms and shred onions.

Note: Wash and dry pumpkin seeds, and keep them before use. Pumpkin seeds are fried and ground into powder, which can be used to drive ascaris. Sugar can cure whooping cough.
