Preparation materials: appropriate amount of paper-skinned walnuts and appropriate amount of Laduranjo walnut oil.
1. Prepare ingredients: Choose sodium-free paper-skinned walnuts. The three squirrels can refer to it. For a week’s consumption, choose about 7.8 walnuts. For walnut oil, choose oil specially designed for infants and young children. , I use Laduranjo walnut oil, 100% has no additives, and can be added directly to food supplements.
2. Shelling and peeling: Peel all the selected walnuts, then put them into the pot and stir-fry over low heat. The purpose is to facilitate the removal of the walnut coating (skin). Poke the fried walnuts with a toothpick. , the walnut coating is easily removed, and then return the walnut kernels to the pan and fry over low heat for one minute. The heated walnut kernels will grind out oil more easily.
3. Grind the powder and add oil: Keep the inner wall of the juicing cup dry, add walnut kernels, and dry grind them into powder. Because walnuts contain a lot of oil, they are easy to stick to the cup during the dry grinding process. Just knock the juicing cup a few times and it will be fine. It will come down, then take it out and add an appropriate amount of walnut oil to roughly cover the walnut powder, stir evenly, and store it in a dry and sealed container.
4. Store in dry and sealed containers, preferably glass containers. Small amounts can be replaced by food supplement boxes.
5. This is how the finished walnut jam looks.
