Cauliflower
Broccoli, also known as cauliflower, broccoli and broccoli, is a variety of Brassica in Cruciferae, with green flower heads as its products.
Broccoli originated in Italy on the Mediterranean coast of Europe and was introduced to China at the end of 19. Broccoli is widely planted in China, mainly distributed in Zhejiang, Yunnan, Hubei, Bashang, Hebei and Lanzhou, Gansu.
Broccoli is rich in nutrients, including protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamin C and carotene.
