The method of growing spinach is to select seeds, soak the seeds for germination, prepare the soil and fertilize, sow seeds, water and moisturize.

1. Select seeds: The first step is to select seeds. Go to a seed company and buy good quality spinach seeds. I'll eliminate some when I get back. Not full enough. Throw away any that are not in correct shape.

2. Seed soaking and germination: Soak the fine and strong seeds in warm water below 30 degrees for 6 to 8 hours. This is done to speed up germination.
