2. Exercise 2. Ingredients: half a chicken (about 400g), 35g fresh Cordyceps, 6 red dates, 3g American ginseng, ginger 1 0g, cooking wine10g, proper salt, and lean meat150g. Practice: cut the chicken into pieces for later use, cut the lean meat into thick slices, peel and slice the ginger for later use, wash the fresh cordyceps flowers for later use, wash the red dates and remove the core, and wash the American ginseng for later use. Add half a slice of ginger and a little cooking wine to the chicken in cold water, and then turn off the heat. Take out the chicken pieces and wash the floating foam with warm water for later use. Put the cooked chicken nuggets, lean meat, red dates, American ginseng and Cordyceps into a stew pot, add appropriate amount of water, cover and stew for 90 minutes. Add some salt to taste before cooking.
3. Exercise 3. Ingredients: 2 grams of Cordyceps sinensis, half an old hen and 2 slices of ginger. Practice: boil boiling water in a large pot, add ginger slices and old hen. When impurities appear on the water surface and the hens completely change color, they can be taken out. Rinse and use. Wash the Chinese caterpillar fungus flowers and put them in a teapot. Add old hen meat and plenty of boiling water. Don't add water halfway. Bring to a boil with high fire, then simmer for 3 hours.
