In order to facilitate passenger travel, the Civil Aviation Administration of China has explained matters related to the implementation of the "Announcement":
1. For international and regional flights Flight passengers (including passengers on international connecting flights) implement the "ICAO Guiding Principles" and the measures are as follows:
(1) Passengers should carry liquid items (liquids, gels, aerosols) in a volume that is Carry in containers not exceeding 100 milliliters (ml). For containers with a volume exceeding 100 milliliters (ml), even if the container is not filled with liquid, it is not allowed to be carried with you and must be delivered for transportation.
(2) Containers holding liquid items should be placed loosely in a resealable transparent plastic bag with a maximum volume of no more than 1 liter (L), and the plastic bag should be completely sealed. Each passenger is only allowed to carry one transparent plastic bag at a time. The excess should be shipped.
(3) Plastic bags containing liquid items should be subject to separate security inspections at security checkpoints.
(4) Baby milk powder/milk/breast milk (baby must be accompanied), liquid medicines necessary for patients with diabetes or other diseases (except those purchased in pharmacies with a doctor's prescription or hospital certificate), after After the safety inspection confirms that there is no doubt, you can carry an appropriate amount with you; the requirements for containers and plastic bag packaging do not comply with the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3.
(5) Liquid items purchased in the waiting quarantine area can be brought onto the plane. The staff of duty-free shops in the waiting quarantine area and on-board duty-free shops have the obligation to remind passengers traveling abroad or in transit overseas to purchase duty-free liquid items, and should provide packaging that meets the requirements.
When staff at duty-free shops in waiting quarantine areas and on-board duty-free shops sell duty-free liquid items, they should proactively ask passengers whether they need to transfer abroad or overseas, and provide liquid items that meet the requirements for passengers who need to transfer. Seal the plastic bag and give it to the passenger after sealing, and print (or handwrite) the purchase receipt in English as much as possible;
Passengers are also reminded that the plastic bag must be clearly intact during travel and must not be opened by themselves. And keep your boarding pass and liquid item purchase receipt for inspection by relevant personnel at the transfer location.
