Water: miscellaneous grains rice =1.3 ~1.5:1.

For the average family's rice consumption of less than 5 cups, 1 cup of water can be added to the outer pot when cooking white rice, and 1.5 cup of water is needed when cooking brown rice or miscellaneous grains.

"Before cooking" white rice, adding the following ingredients will make white rice taste better and sell better:
Salad oil: add about a spoonful of salad oil to make the cooked white rice shiny.
Lemon juice: Adding a little lemon juice can make the cooked white rice have a faint lemon flavor.
