Green Pepper Stir-Fry Large Intestine Steps
1.? Cut the large intestine into pieces, green chili pepper cut strips
2.? Hot pan into the oil, the oil temperature of 80% to medium heat, under the intestines and ginger dry stir-fry until browned (not too dry, or chewing)
3.? Add green chili pepper strips, stir-fry until the chili is slightly soft (I used brined sausage, so no need to put salt).
4.? Turn off the heat and serve!
