Red bean cake
Prepare ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
2g dry yeast
3g baking powder
30g white sugar
30g corn oil
110g warm water
Adequate amount of red bean filling
Steps:
1. Mix all the dry powders evenly, slowly add warm water and stir until it becomes flocculent. Add corn oil and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the red bean filling into 30g. Set one small dumpling aside for later use. Divide the risen dough into 15g balls. Use a tiger's mouth to wrap the red bean filling into it (as long as the filling does not leak out) and press to arrange the shape.
3. Brush the air fryer Put the oil into the prepared cake embryo and heat it to 160 degrees for about 10 minutes and turn it over for 5 to 8 minutes (you can change it appropriately according to the temperature of your air fryer)
