Set the temperature, pH, stirring speed, etc., and in the determination of the rotational speed and the amount of aeration of the dissolved oxygen electrode for the slope of the calibration, the value of 100%

4, to be temperature stabilization, after the parameters are correct, will be shaken into the pre-seed. Start fermentation timing, and start recording various parameters.

5, after the fermentation is completed, clean the tank and electrodes, insert the pH electrode into the triangular bottle with 3M to be used, the probe of the dissolved oxygen electrode with a protective sleeve, save the spare.
