1. Yu Kuizhi

Yu Kuizhi, Hui nationality?, was born on December 15, 1961 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. He is a Peking Opera performing artist and Laosheng actor with a postgraduate degree. He graduated from the Performance Department of the China Academy of Opera.

He is currently the artistic director of the National Peking Opera Company of China (director level), a national first-class actor, and enjoys special government subsidies issued by the State Council. Representative to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deputy to the 12th National People's Congress, and vice chairman of the Chinese Dramatists Association. He won the Plum Blossom Award for Chinese Drama in 1990, the Mei Lanfang Gold Award in 1993, and the China Golden Record Award in 2003.

The album "Yu Kuizhi Laosheng Singing" was released in 2004. In 2004, he sang the quintessence of Chinese culture at the Golden Hall in Vienna, Austria, creating a precedent for the art of Peking Opera in China. From November 10th to 26th, 2015, Yu Kuizhi brought two classic plays, "The Young Lady" and the full version of "Farewell My Concubine" to Liverpool and London in the UK for 9 performances.

2. Mei Baojiu

Mei Baojiu, whose ancestral home is Taizhou, Jiangsu, was born on Sinan Road, Shanghai. She is a Peking Opera actor and a national first-class actor. Mei Baojiu is the ninth child of Peking Opera master Mei Lanfang. He is a descendant of the Mei School of art and the former director of the Mei Lanfang Peking Opera Troupe of the Beijing Peking Opera House.

Mei Baojiu's representative works include "Farewell My Concubine", "The Drunken Concubine", "Mu Guiying Takes Command", "Taizhen Gaiden", "Luo Shen", "Xi Shi", etc. At around 11 a.m. on April 25, 2016, Peking Opera master Mei Baojiu passed away at the age of 82.

3. Meng Guanglu

Meng Guanglu, a native of Tianjin, is a famous contemporary Peking Opera artist and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the vice chairman of the Chinese Drama Association and the leader of the Tianjin Youth Peking Opera Troupe. A national first-class actor, enjoying special government subsidies from the State Council. Winner of the "National Cultural System Model Worker", the "National May 1st Labor Medal", and the "Second Plum Blossom" of the Chinese Drama Plum Blossom Award.

Director of the Chinese Dramatists Association, member of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and representative of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. On February 1, 2013, he was elected as a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference at the 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. On July 16, 2015, he was elected as the Vice Chairman of the 8th Chinese Drama Association. On October 12, 2018, he was elected as the second vice president of the China Literary and Art Volunteers Association.

4. Wang Peiyu

Wang Peiyu, female, was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province on March 4, 1978. She is a Peking Opera actor and a national first-class actor. She works at the Shanghai Peking Opera Company. In 1992, Wang Peiyu was admitted to the Shanghai Opera School to specialize in the old student profession. In 1999, he was admitted to the School of Performing Arts of Shanghai Normal University. After graduating in 2001, he joined the Shanghai Peking Opera Theater and won the Best Performance Award at the CCTV National Youth Peking Opera Actors Television Competition in the same year.

In 2011, he won the Plum Blossom Performance Award at the 25th China Drama Awards. In February 2017, he participated in the program "Here Comes the Horner" on the China Central Television Opera Channel. On September 24, 2018, he was invited to participate in the 2018 China Central Radio and Television Station Mid-Autumn Festival Gala. In the same year, he won the title of National Outstanding Youth and was elected as a representative of the 15th Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress.

5. Cheng Yanqiu

Cheng Yanqiu, male, formerly known as Chenglin, was from the Suochuo Luo family of the Manchu nationality and a native of the Zhenghuang Banner of Manchuria. A native of Beijing, her surname was later changed to Han. Her first name was Cheng Junong, and later she was changed to Yanqiu, with the given name Yushuang.
