Ingredients A:
Cabbage - 1/4pc
Onion - 1pc
Carrot - 1pc (as many as you want)
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
B. Seasoning:
Salt - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Seasoning:
Salt - 1 tbsp. p>Black pepper - a pinch
Mayonnaise - 2 to 4 tbsp (adjust according to your taste)
Concentrated milk - ? cup (you can use a small amount of hot water for powdered milk, if you don't want to take more mayonnaise, you can use more milk)
Lemon juice? [1]? -1/2 to 1 tbsp (depending on taste, use white rice vinegar if you don't have lemon juice, but it will be less lemony)
Tarragon spice: 1/4 tsp (available at Tesco spice department, doesn't matter if you don't use it)
How to do it
Do it:
1. First, slice cabbage and onion into combs, and then slice into granular pieces. Then, cut the cabbage and the onion into granules.
2. Shred or chop the carrots.
3. Mix the salt and sugar from part A into the chopped cabbage, onion and radish and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to reverse osmosis.
4. Pour off the water from the reverse osmosis vegetables and squeeze dry. (This watering out step is important, otherwise you will need to use a lot of cream and seasoning when mixing, because the water from the vegetables will dilute the flavor)
5. Add the salt, sugar, cold milk, cream, lemon juice and black pepper from part B, and crushed tarragon leaves to the vegetables and mix well, and then season further to taste.
