What does Carlsberg beer use to remove biofilm (wine slime)
Carlsberg Brewery in Sweden used tunnel pasteurizer to sterilize the filled beer. The water temperature of the spray system inside the pasteurizer is very suitable for bacteria breeding. In addition, some bottles burst and beer overflows into the circulating water of the pasteurizer system, which provides an almost perfect breeding environment for bacteria. The proliferation of bacteria and the deterioration of nutrients in beer will produce a large number of biofilms-commonly known as wine slime. These biofilms will seriously block the spray system of the sterilizer in a few days, resulting in cooling failure, which will lead to the bottle not being heated or cooled quickly and fully, and reduce the working efficiency of the spray sterilization system. The production of bacteria and biofilm also leads to the increase of turbidity of system water, and produces unpleasant smell, which affects the company image of production enterprises and the working environment of operators. In order to solve this problem, the system will stop running every once in a while, and the pipes and equipment of the whole system will be cleaned with large doses of chemicals. Even so, the biofilm generated on the system equipment can not be removed. In order to solve this problem, the system will stop running every 2 to 3 days, and the pipelines and equipment of the whole system will be cleaned with large doses of chemicals, and then fresh water will be added to the sterilizer again, and the water will be heated to the temperature meeting the technological requirements, which will increase the energy consumption of enterprise production. The whole cleaning process needs a lot of manpower and material resources, which increases the labor intensity of workers, shortens the production time, reduces the production efficiency and brings huge economic losses to enterprises. Second, the project plan is to install a Danish DCW T25 series 250L/H disinfection unit in the workshop. The system itself is equipped with a brine tank, a buffer tank and a metering pump controlled by ORP(REDOX) sensor. The NEUTHOX disinfection solution produced by electrolysis of 0.8% dilute brine automatically enters the buffer tank for temporary storage, and the start and stop of the unit can be automatically controlled by the liquid level sensor according to the liquid level of the buffer tank, which is fully automatic and does not require any manual operation. The metering pump equipped with the unit automatically adjusts the dosage of NEUTHOX disinfection solution to the circulating water of the sterilizer according to the signal fed back by the ORP sensor, so as to keep the ORP value of the water in the spray system at a constant value and ensure that no biofilm will be generated in the spray system. Schematic diagram of process flow before installation: many biofilms can be seen in the window. After installation: the window is clear, and there is no biofilm. Before installation: there are stains (biofilms) everywhere in the equipment. After installation: the stains disappear, and the equipment is clean. Before installation: there are many scales and biofilms on the pipeline. After installation: the pipeline is clean and the water is clear. 3. Operation results: After the disinfection unit is installed, the pasteurizer system has been running continuously for two months. The spray system didn't see biofilm, the water quality in the sterilizer was very clean, there was no unpleasant smell in the workshop, and the scale that had not been removed from the equipment before disappeared. The sterilizer has not stopped cleaning, and the spray system has been working normally, which greatly reduces the cleaning times and cleaning costs of the sterilizer, reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the production efficiency, and brings great economic benefits to enterprises. Iv. technical principles and advantages 1, NEUTHOX disinfection solution produced by Danish DCW unit can not only kill all kinds of bacteria and viruses, completely eliminate biofilm and prevent bacterial growth, but also remove scale generated on system equipment, reduce the times of cleaning sterilizer and replacing spray water, save water resources, reduce enterprise operating costs and improve production efficiency. 2. Low-dose NEUTHOX disinfection solution can completely kill bacteria and viruses, and there will be no unpleasant odor in the water. 3. The raw materials for production are only salt and electricity, and there is no need to transport, handle or store dangerous chemicals such as chlorine or sodium hypochlorite. 4. The corrosion of NEUTHOX disinfection solution to pipeline is almost zero (confirmed by German experimental report). Because the biofilm on the surface of pipeline and heat exchanger is removed, the corrosion of equipment caused by bacterial biofilm is eliminated, and the service life of equipment is prolonged. 5. The DCW equipment is highly integrated, which reduces the installation area and the requirements for on-site installation conditions, and the installation is simple (only one day).
