Pot-wrapped rice and baked potatoes are the main and non-staple foods in people's daily diet. Pot-ring steamed bread, also known as big Luo noodles steamed bread, takes high-quality flour as raw material. The steamed bread in the pot ring is like a cow's tongue and has a brown crust. It not only has the characteristics of soft and delicious steamed bread, but also has the crisp and fragrant taste of pancakes. Potatoes produced in Qiao Qi are favored by local people because of their coarse sand, low water content and good palatability. Cookware steamed bread is mixed and fermented with superior flour, added with appropriate amount of alkaline flour, kneaded into a "beef tongue" of about half a catty, and placed along the upper part of the iron pot. Then, put the washed potatoes into the pot, sprinkle with a little salt, mix in some water, cover them and cook them with strong fire. When the steam reveals the aroma of steamed bread, bake it for a while with low fire and the potatoes will be cooked in the pot. This cooking method is called "one pot cooking" by local people.
