It was founded by Dong Shushan, Jiuyanqiao, Chengdu, and later operated by Gu Candy Store. Founded in 1894, a vendor named Lai Yuanxin makes a living by selling glutinous rice balls along the street in Chengdu. Long chaoshou; Chengdu wonton
Zhang Guangwu of the Mihua Teahouse on Chunxi Road, which was founded in the 1940s, and several other guys discussed opening a joint venture copy shop, named "Dragon Copy Hand", which means "Dragon Copy Hand" because of its homonym. The main features of Long Wonton are: thin skin, tender stuffing and fresh soup. Glutinous rice dessert. Zhang Guangli, the founder, was originally a white chef in Chengdu's famous hotel "Rong Paradise". But now the skin of the pearl garden is a round layer of glutinous rice or sago rice, like white pearls. There are many varieties such as bean paste, fresh meat and black sesame. It is characterized by moist entrance, glutinous rice, sweet but not greasy.

Zhong jiaozi
Founder Zhong Shaozi, formerly known as "Xie Senmao", opened in Litchi Lane in the early 1920s, with the signboard named Zhong Dumplings, also known as Litchi Lane Dumplings. The founder is the Zhong San brothers. There are two kinds of clear soup dumplings with red oil, which are famous for their thin skin (only 50g for 10 dumplings), refined ingredients (refined powder, carefully selected pork with tendons removed and skins removed), tender stuffing (all by mastering the temperature and moisture during processing, so that the meat is tender and dregs removed) and delicious taste (all by auxiliary materials, red oil and original soup). The main difference between bell dumplings and northern dumplings is that they are filled with pork without adding other fresh food. With special red oil, it is slightly sweet and salty, spicy and delicious, and has a unique flavor. Among them, jiaozi, the red oil, is red and bright, slightly spicy and not dry, which is suitable for north and south tastes and is favored by customers.

In Shaanxi Street near Tianfu Square, there should also be a special noodle in Chengdu-Chongzhou Ma Yang Mixed Noodles. Noodles themselves are made by their own mechanism and have good toughness. When eating noodles, a very delicious diving pickled pepper and pork fried za are their characteristics, with good color and flavor, with a small portion of three yuan and a large portion of five yuan. In addition, when eating noodles, there will be a little snow bean hoof flower or one of Chongzhou's three wonders.
Chenmapo tofu
The strange noodles near Chengdu No.7 Middle School are also delicious (there are two companies linked together, one is called Xu Lao Eight Strange Noodles and the other is called Strange Noodles, both of which are delicious). If anyone wants to go, ask where Chengdu No.7 Middle School is. Most people know how to get there (No.7 Middle School is the best middle school in Chengdu).
In Chengdu Tea Shop, there is a kind of quilt surface (quilt means quilt). Noodles there are similar to dough. It's big, just like a quilt, but delicious and chewy, but soft. There are also some peas in it, which have been treated with alkali (I don't know how to do it), so the color of peas is yellow, very waxy and soft, but the taste of noodles is slightly spicy. If you are afraid of spicy food, you can have some clear soup.

Hot pot was invented by coolies on the dock in Chongqing. Up to now, after continuous enrichment and improvement, it has presented many tastes and eating methods. The hot pot in Chengdu emphasizes the neutralization of various tastes, while the hot pot in Chongqing continues the character of Chongqing people, which is dry, spicy and crisp. Comparatively speaking, Chongqing hot pot pays more attention to the original spicy taste, which must be spicy and refreshing, and the taste with butter is heavier; Although most of the hot pots in Chengdu are run by Chongqing people, they are also influenced by the city's personality. Most of them use lard, and the taste emphasizes other tastes on the basis of spicy; There are many famous hot pots in Chengdu, and only a few distinctive ones are introduced.
Huangchengma/Rake Hot Pot (the owner of Rake Hot Pot is disabled, and Rake means disabled leg in Sichuan dialect) is the best hot pot representative in Chengdu, with mellow bottom material, very comfortable taste and fresh and exquisite dishes.
