Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Wash the snow crabs and set aside.

Chop the garlic.

Take a small bowl, add olive oil, chopped garlic, chili powder and mix well.

Brush the garlic oil evenly on the snow crabs and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, remove and brush with another layer of garlic oil and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
