2. Wash the pepper and cut into pieces. Slice onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
3. Heat the pan and drain the oil. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the cooked potato chips and stir fry.
