Method
1. Pick and wash the leeks and cut them into sections;
< p>2. Soak the vermicelli in hot water for a while, the kind that can withstand cooking;3. Cut dry tofu into long strips;
4. Fry the pot and add light soy sauce , add vermicelli and stir-fry;
