Nana Kiyono plays Kuragano Hyakka, a female regular in the male public relations department of the manga-adapted Japanese drama "Sakuran High School Male Public Relations Department," starring Haruna Kawaguchi. Based on the manga of the same name, the movie tells the story of the male PR department of the club in the senior high school of the private Sakuran Gakuin, a prestigious high school attended by ultra-rich young masters and mistresses.

The movie is set at Sakuran Gakuin, one of the few prestigious schools in Japan. The school emphasizes both family and financial resources, and its students are all young men and women with money and leisure time. The story takes place in the school's "male public relations department". It is a luxurious club set up by six beautiful men who have nothing better to do than entertain the school's noble ladies and spend time with them. The story begins when Haruhime Kawaguchi, a commoner female student who was admitted to the school as a special student, mistakenly enters the PR department one day. Haruhime is in debt for breaking a high-priced vase in the PR department, and it's clear that her poor family can't afford to pay it back.

The head of the department, Ringo Yamamoto, suggests that Haruhi join the department as a male publicist to receive customers as a way to pay off her debt. As the only girl in the PR department, the mild-mannered Haruhime is pampered and unknowingly treated as a family member. But Haruhime's chest aches when she thinks of Huan, is it because she has a cold? Or is it because she's secretly in love with Ring?
