Directions
1. Beat 1 egg, add 100ml milk and a pinch of salt; cut the okra into small pieces, pour into the egg mixture and mix well, so that each okra is coated with the egg mixture
2. Add a pinch of curry powder (optional) into the breadcrumbs and mix well, add the okra and shake the plate, so that the okra rolls around and is evenly coated. Breadcrumbs
3. Deep fry for 1 minute or so until golden brown on top, remove from the pan and leave on absorbent paper for a while; serve with sweet chili sauce or favorite dipping sauce
