Let's share the detailed methods with you first, and friends who always fail to do well will follow suit. After it is done, you will find it much more delicious than before.
Take a quick look, as follows.
Steps of cold kelp silk:
Step 1- Wash kelp or kelp silk.
There are dried kelp and dried kelp silk on the market. Buy according to your own needs. No matter which one you buy, you should clean it carefully.
I usually like to buy dried kelp and soak it in water for a while until it becomes soft. When soaking, I can choose Taomi water to soak, which is easier to soak my hair, and can also remove the dirt on the surface of kelp, which is easier to clean.
Soak kelp until soft, wash it several times, and then cut kelp into kelp shreds. The thinner the kelp, the better.
Step 2-Boil kelp
Kelp can't be eaten directly, but cooked.
Add enough water to the pot, pour kelp into the pot, add a little salt and vinegar, and boil over high fire.
Wait until the water boils and continue to cook for a few minutes, almost two or three minutes. When the time comes, take it out and let it cool for use.
Note that when cooking kelp, add some salt and vinegar to cook it together. The purpose of this is to reduce the fishy smell of kelp and increase the bottom taste.
Step 3-Mix the cold sauce
Whether the cold salad is delicious or not is the key. Don't just put smoke and vinegar, there are several essential seasonings.
Make some garlic juice first, peel and wash the garlic, chop it into minced garlic, put it in a bowl, add some cold boiled water, stir and soak for a while.
Then make a cold sauce, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil to the bowl, and mix these samples together to make a cold sauce.
Then cut a little millet pepper ring and a little chopped green onion for later use.
Step 4-Cold kelp silk
Put the cold sauce, garlic juice, millet pepper rings and chopped green onion into the sea. Don't stir them yet
Add some cooking oil to the pot, add pepper to low heat, remove pepper, and pour hot oil on the surface of kelp silk.
Finally, stir evenly with chopsticks, and the cold kelp silk is ready. It smells delicious, tastes refreshing and has no fishy smell.
Let's look at three tips:
(1) kelp should be soaked in advance, and it can't be boiled directly. When cooking kelp, add some salt and vinegar to the pot, which will make kelp more tasty and not fishy.
(2) The seasoning should be garlic juice, millet pepper, sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil, so that the cold kelp will taste better.
(3) If you want to enjoy it, remember to pour it with hot oil at last to stimulate the fragrance of garlic.
