Is wuren moon cake delicious, or is it delicious with egg yolk and yellow moon cake?
Egg yolk moon cake, one of the masterpieces of dark cooking in the world, salty egg yolk, although slightly fishy, is rich in flavor, and lotus seed paste, sweet and soft glutinous rice melt in the mouth, but put these two together, the sweetness of lotus seed paste makes the fishy smell of duck egg yolk more prominent, while the unique mellow and rustling taste of duck egg yolk doesn't match the soft glutinous rice of lotus seed paste at all. In fact, I like both of them, but it's too bad to mix them together. I still quietly take a five-kernel moon cake. . . (Oh, my God, they actually make five-kernel moon cakes with Cantonese moon cakes. What the hell is egg yolk five-kernel moon cakes? Damn it, I want to quit smoking and drinking.)
