Egg yolk moon cake, one of the masterpieces of dark cooking in the world, salty egg yolk, although slightly fishy, is rich in flavor, and lotus seed paste, sweet and soft glutinous rice melt in the mouth, but put these two together, the sweetness of lotus seed paste makes the fishy smell of duck egg yolk more prominent, while the unique mellow and rustling taste of duck egg yolk doesn't match the soft glutinous rice of lotus seed paste at all.
