Practice:
1. Cut the nails off the chicken feet and wash them for later use.
2. Boil the water in the pot, pour a small amount of beer, add chicken feet and cook until it boils again.
3. Take out the chicken feet and flush them with water.
4. Slice ginger and spare the rest spices.
5. Heat a small amount of oil in the pot and pour in chicken feet.
6. After a while, pour in beer (I poured half a bottle) and a proper amount of water (just not enough).
7. Add ginger slices, onions and other spices, and add brown sugar and soy sauce (the ratio is about 1: 1).
8. After the fire is boiled, turn to low heat for 30 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, turn off the fire, and stew for 15 minutes.
9. Open the fire again until the soup is thick.
