Kitchen paper has two major functions, one is for household cleaning, and the other is to absorb water and oil from food.
When the first kitchen paper was used for kitchen affairs, I usually used it to absorb the water from dishes and wipe stoves, range hoods and so on. Because of its thick paper and strong water absorption, it will not leave Mao Mao or scraps of paper, so it is also very suitable for household cleaning in non-kitchen places such as glass windows, mirrors and tables. In addition, kitchen paper towels can be folded and put on the bottom of the oil filter box of the range hood to absorb excess oil stains, so as to avoid stubborn oil stains from accumulating in the box and facilitate cleaning.
Kitchen paper can also prevent leakage. Use kitchen paper pad under the bottle of seasoning to prevent leakage; Of course, it can also be placed in the refrigerator to prevent food and drink from leaking and make the refrigerator easier to clean.
The second function is used in food. The first is water absorption, for example, before frying fish, use kitchen paper to absorb the water on the surface of the fish and the inside of the pot, so that oil explosion will not occur when frying. However, the meat will bleed water after thawing, and the food can be kept fresh and hygienic by sucking it dry with kitchen paper. In addition, before putting the fruits and vegetables in the refrigerator, wrap the kitchen paper and then wrap the fresh-keeping bag, which can make the food keep fresh for a longer time.
As for oil absorption, put it on the kitchen paper after the fried food is out of the pot, so that the kitchen paper can absorb the excess oil, which makes it less greasy and of course healthier.
