Fried chicken with peas?
Materials? : Dutch beans 100g chicken breast 50g yam 50g?

Slice chicken breast, add a little cooking wine, thirteen spices and light soy sauce to marinate 10- 15 minutes.
Put chopped green onion in a hot pot with cold oil, or add thirteen spices.
Stir-fry the marinated chicken breast until it just changes color. Add peas and yam and stir fry together.
Stir fry and season with salt and chicken essence. Add black pepper before cooking.

Although it is stir-fried, it is still a delicious dish suitable for eating during weight loss as long as the amount of oil is well controlled. And the chicken breast is delicious, not at all.
Chicken breast is easier to slice if it is frozen a little.
