How to make delicious Bonito and Peanut Porridge:
Ingredients:
Bonito, peanuts, Daohua rice, water, ginger, cooking wine, salt, peanut oil , pepper, ginger, green onions
Method:
1. Wash the ginger, slice part of it, and shred part for later use;
2. Wash the green onions Cut into pieces and set aside;
3. Chop the bonito fish into pieces first and soak them in water;
4. Wash the peanuts and soak them in water;
5. Wash the Oriental Rice Road Wuchangdao Huaxiang rice and soak it in water;
