Material: peanut1000g, salt 40g, water1500g.
Specific practices:
1, put the peanuts in the basin and clean them.
2. Wash the peanuts repeatedly to wash away the dirt and impurities on the surface, and then pinch the upper end of each peanut to make it open.
3. Take an empty pot, add 40 grams of edible salt, 4 star anise, pepper 1 handful, and then pour peanuts with Neko.
4. Add1500g of clean water, and the ratio of water to peanuts is 1.5: 1. Stir the salt and soak for 8 hours. You can soak it the night before and cook it the next morning.
5. After eight hours, pour the water and peanuts into the pot, then bring them to a boil with high fire, and then turn to medium heat for 20 minutes.
6. After the time is up, don't take it out in a hurry, continue to simmer for half an hour, and then drain the water after half an hour.
7. Take it out and put it in the basin.
Matters needing attention
1, do not add salt directly to the washed peanuts. Pinch the peanuts first and soak them in salt water for more than 8 hours before cooking, so that the peanuts will be soaked in salt water, which will make them more delicious and easier to cook.
2. Don't take out the peanuts immediately after cooking, and stew them for half an hour to make the peanuts taste fuller.
