1. Ingredients: 1 chicken wings, salt, ginger and garlic, cooking wine, pepper oil, oil consumption, soy sauce, cumin powder, honey, Orlean sauce or barbecue sauce.

4. After cold storage, the longer the chicken wings are marinated, the more delicious they will be. It is recommended to marinate for more than 12 hours.
5. Preheat the oven by 2 degrees. In order to get a good taste, the barbecue must be preheated in advance, otherwise the water in the meat will be lost, and it will be old and stale.
6. Take the pickled chicken wings out of the refrigerator, and pad the baking tray with tin foil. If the baking tray is shallow, you can fold the tin foil up to prevent oil leakage. First, coat a layer of oil on the tin foil and preheat the oven at 2 degrees for eight or nine minutes.
