The Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Controlling Smoking in Public Places is a document issued by the Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress. It was officially implemented on March 20 10/day. It is the first domestic tobacco control regulation promulgated by the provincial people's congress after the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control came into effect in China.

The setting of smoking spots shall comply with the following provisions:
