Raw material formula (based on 100 kg product): cassava flour 30 kg standard flour 55 kg brown sugar 8 kg maltose 2 kg tea oil 18 kg sesame seeds 0.8 kg fennel 0.5 kg salt 0.2 kg soda ash.

Process flow: batching → preparing leather and core materials respectively → pressing skin → overlapping → pressing skin → rolling drum → slicing → frying → cooling → packaging.

Production method: the leather material is made into hard dough with clear powder and appropriate amount of salt and water. Add standard powder, dissolved brown sugar water (80℃) and salt to the core material to make dough slightly harder than the leather material. The ratio of leather to core is 4: 6. Overlapping means that the skin and the core are pressed separately, and then a piece of skin is pressed into 1.5 mm, cut into strips with the width of 12 cm, rolled into cylindrical sheets, fried, cooled and packaged.
