3 1 year-old after a small facelift 14 days, share my personal experience.
Let me introduce myself first.

Miss 3 1 year-old. Many years ago, I had cheekbone surgery and mandibular angle surgery. Although my face became smaller, there was also a drawback. The facial tissue relaxed earlier than my peers.

For improving facial relaxation, I didn't like it from the beginning. I consulted many sisters who had done line carving around me and found that neither the effect presentation nor the maintenance time was what I wanted. Moreover, the effect was returned to its original shape in a few months, and the cost performance was not high.

Compared with the existing facial lifting surgery, I still value the little face lift the most. So how did I choose to have this operation? Next, I will talk about the process of doing my homework.

1, the size of the incision, affect the scope of operation.

Although they are all called small face-lift surgery, I found that the size of the incision is different with different operations. Only the size of the incision, there are temporal incisions, temporal and pre-auricular incisions, and temporal and pre-auricular incisions. Different incision sizes will lead to different operation ranges and corresponding improvement ranges.

My facial aging belongs to the relaxation of the middle face and lower face. If I choose temporal incision, the improvement range will be relatively small, and the final effect should not be ideal. Therefore, I chose the SMAS fasciectomy of the temporal incision and the incision in front of the ear and behind the ear, which has a wide range of peeling and a large range of improvement.

2. The treatment of fascia layer directly affects the final effect of the operation.

The effect of small face-lift surgery is my biggest concern. However, the treatment of fascia layer is the key to determine the effect of small lift surgery. At present, there are two types of small lift surgery, namely fascia resection and fascia folding.

Fasciectomy requires extensive stripping of fascia layer, and the postoperative effect can be maintained for 5- 10 years. However, fascia folding does not peel off, but only lifts the fascia layer and folds a part for suture. The postoperative effect lasts about 1-2 years. By contrast, fascia folding is naturally not my choice.

After 14 days, the middle and lower face were lifted and tightened as a whole, the skin was firm and full, and the decree lines were faded, so I felt young. Because the recovery time is still relatively short, my face will feel tight and I will feel a little pulled when I speak. As far as I know, these are normal phenomena.

Now the scar has scabbed off a little, because it takes 3-6 months to recover completely after operation, so there is still a lot of room for later recovery.

Finally, if you have any questions, please ask me, and I will reply you in time!
