Today, Bian Xiao made a staple food out of bamboo tube, which is bamboo tube rice. The method is simple. There is a faint smell of bamboo when eating bamboo rice, which is delicious.
Materials:
Bamboo tube, pork, glutinous rice, soy sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, concentrated chicken juice, white pepper.
Exercise:
Soak glutinous rice in water in advance until it can be crushed by hand. Take out and drain.
One end of the bamboo tube is knotted and the other end is removed. Brush the outer wall of the bamboo tube with a brush and rinse the inner wall with clean water.
Pork can choose the degree of fatness you like. Those who like to eat thinner can choose thinner pork, and those who are fatter can choose pork belly. Cut the meat into bigger diced meat.
Dice the diced meat and marinate it with cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, white pepper and a little concentrated chicken juice.
Pour into glutinous rice and stir well. Add some salt to taste.
Put it in a clean bamboo tube, insert chopsticks into the bamboo tube and tie the glutinous rice tightly.
Wrap the bamboo tube with tin foil and steam for 40 hours.
Take it out, let it cool, tear off the tin foil, split the bamboo tube with a knife, and you can eat it.
Tips:
If you split the bamboo, a little white film will stick to the glutinous rice. Don't worry, it is edible.
The longer the glutinous rice is soaked, the shorter the steaming time will be.
Don't choose a thick bamboo tube. The longer it takes to steam, the less ripe it becomes. It is best to choose a bamboo tube that is neither too big nor too small.
