Method for stir-frying rice cake with brussels sprouts ?
Cut the rice cake into small pieces
Clean the bok choy
Cut the bok choy
Heat the wok and add salad oil
Add the bok choy and stir-fry
Stir-fry the bok choy until the bok choy is dry
Put the fried bok choy into a bowl and reserve it for another use
Put water into the wok
Add chicken broth
Add the rice cake into the wok and stir-fry it.
Add the rice cakes and start cooking
Season with salt
Cook until the rice cakes are soft. You need to turn the rice cakes in between to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot
Add the stir-fried bok choy
Cook for another two minutes to make the bok choy and rice cakes more flavorful to each other
Add the chicken broth and it's ready to be served
