1. Mix all ingredients except egg yolk and knead into a dough.
2. Drive the dough into a cake with a thickness of 1cm and cut it into rectangular pieces.
3. Sprinkle flour under the baking tray, spread the cut bread on it, and brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on the bread. Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees from top to bottom 15 to 20 minutes. 20 minutes for those who like crisp, and 15 minutes for those who like soft.
