Required ingredients:
1/2 cup sesame paste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons red chili sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Method:
Combine the sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, red chili sauce, garlic paste, ginger puree, water, and sesame oil and mix well.
If the sauce is too thick, add water or chicken broth in moderation to thin it out.
You can adjust the proportion and add other ingredients, such as bean paste, peanut butter, chopped green onion, etc., according to your personal taste.
Note:
In order to make a more traditional bibimbap sauce, it is recommended to use pure raw materials, such as soybeans, sesame seeds, chili peppers, green onions, ginger, and garlic, etc., and try to keep hand-mixing when making it in order to fully mix the ingredients and seasonings for a more intense flavor.
Adjust the proportions and texture according to your personal taste. If you prefer a thicker texture, you can reduce the amount of water you add appropriately.
If the sauce is too salty, you can add some sugar or vinegar to adjust the flavor.
