Ingredients
Snapper fillet (about 220g) 1 slice of egg and tofu 1 box of scallions 1 egg 2 salt 1/4t pepper a little rice wine 2t soy sauce 2t mirin 2t oyster sauce 1t water 6t
How to do it

Cut scallions into shallots, dice tofu and set aside.

Dice the snapper about the size of the tofu and marinate in the marinade for 20 minutes.

Beat the egg and set aside.

Mix the sauce and set aside.

Add cooking oil to the pan and fry the fish.

Add the tofu and sauce and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes to taste. (While cooking, use a wooden spatula to gently push or shake the pan to help flavor the sauce)

Finally, drizzle with the egg wash and remove from heat.
