The capsule is spherical and oblate, with a diameter as high as 12cm. Pericarp woody, shiny, hairless, 2-3 cm thick. There are 5 seeds in each room and as many as 30 children in each fruit. The ovary is hairless, the capsule is huge, and the pericarp is woody, with a thickness of 1-3 cm, which is obviously different from those with hairy, light woody or cork pericarp. At present, the main planting areas are Guangdong and Guangxi, and they are found in Hunan, Hainan and Fujian. The main birthplace of Guangxi is tengxian, Wuzhou.
