Home-made method of lactone tofu
The daily practice of lactone tofu is as follows:

Material preparation: lactone tofu, red pepper, kai yang, minced pork, Jiang Mo, minced garlic, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, yellow wine, balsamic vinegar, oil consumption, soy sauce, spicy fresh dew, starch and so on.

1, first prepare a piece of lactone tofu, boil the water in the pot, and steam the tofu for 3 minutes.

3. Soak kai yang for 30 minutes and then clean it.

4. Prepare minced pork, heat the pot, add minced pork, stir-fry and discolor, add Jiang Mo and minced garlic, then add kai yang and diced red pepper, add two small bowls of water, and turn to low heat.

5. After boiling, add salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, yellow wine, balsamic vinegar, oil consumption, soy sauce and spicy fresh dew, add water starch, stir well, heat for about one minute, turn off the fire, and pour the juice into lactone tofu.
